VI. RIGHTS OF ACCESS AND INFORMATION, RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION, UPDATING AND INCLUSION, RIGHT OF CANCELLATION OR SUPPRESSION AND RIGHT OF OPPOSITION

16. Once the above requirements have been met, TUMI will inform you if your request has been accepted or rejected, explaining the reasons for it. In accordance with Peruvian legislation, TUMI has twenty (20) business days from the receipt of the request to send a response in the case of an access request, and ten (10) business days if you request the rectification, updating or deletion of your personal information.

17. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TUMI may keep certain information of the User who requests the cancellation, in order to serve as proof in a possible claim against TUMI for liabilities arising from the processing of said information or the relationship they had. Said conservation will be for 10 years, corresponding to the legal prescription period for contractual liability.

VII. REVIEW AND MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

18. TUMI may make modifications to this Privacy Policy unilaterally at any time. Any modification to the way in which TUMI uses personal information will be reflected in future versions of this Policy, which will be published on this Website, so it is advisable to periodically review the Privacy Policy.
